Abstract
Celebration of the one-millionth rocket manufactured in a plant on the outskirts of Pasadena. Nicknamed Holy Moses, the rocket first went into combat use in July 1944. Earnest Watson was administrative head of Caltech’s World War II rocket project. Caltech and World War II.
