- This instrument was used principally for equipment testing during 1956. Betwen March and November 1957, a program of investigation on the distribution of the 21-cm line radiation from interstellar hydrogen was carried out. In November the reflector was dismantled for transport to the Owens Valley site. OVRO Papers.
